Don Lorenzo Cuishe is produced by Armando Hernandez and Alvaro Hernandez at their Mal de Amor in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The agaves are traditionally cooked in a pit oven, milled by tahona, fermented with open air yeasts, and double distilled in copper alembic stills.

Aromas are soft and beautiful, almost no smoke.
The taste is also subtle with some light sweetness. On the backend there is plenty of earth and light mint.
The finish is really good and almost goes to juicy flavor salt-water taffy.
