Cortesanto Mezcal
Cortesanto comes from the union of the words “corte” and “santo”. The cut of the agave is a fundamental part of the mezcal production process. It is considered sacred by the ancient pre-Hispanic peoples and it is a tradition kept for generations. In addition, the royal court (also translated as “corte” in Spanish) recognized the noble exploits of brave knights of the past who fought tirelessly to achieve their objectives. Cortesanto Mezcal honors the legacy of the modern paladin.
