Diestro y Siniestro Mezcal is classified as artisanal mezcal. Their releases have a minimum 45% ABV. They do not contain chemical compounds from their production (fermentation is natural). They are made by mezcal masters who learned the art from their families, in which the production of mezcal is a family tradition and also part of their festivals and rituals. They are 100% organic products.
