MATASANTA’s mission, as part of The Palm Project , is to support initiatives for conservation of endangered species along Oaxaca’s mesmerizing coast. The main vision of the Palm Project is to create a sustainable and holistic way to experience travel and a model of how tourism can help rebuild ecosystems and communities. The brand works with various small batch producers in different communities, and all proceeds from the MATASANTA mezcal brand go back to biodiversity conservation initiatives.
