Filipino

Filipino stills can be found in Jalisco, Michoacán, and other areas of Mexico. They can be made of a hollowed tree trunk, as pictured, or from several slats of wood that are bound together to form a barrel-like shape. Certain producers in Michoacán also refer to this as a Tarascan still.
