San Martinero

Maguey San Martinero or Sanmartin is an Agave karwinskii. It grows in a long, tall stalk like a Maguey cuishe or cirial. The name sanmartin is mostly regional and there’s a good chance that it’s either a sub-varietal or it’s synonymous with another Agave karwinskii listed on this site.
