Federico Valentín Alva Ibáñez
Don Federico Valentín Alva Ibáñez (Don Fede) began producing mezcal in 1940, at the age of 15 years old. He passed away in March 2021 at the age of 97 years old.
His daughter Maria Alicia, and his son Aaron Alva Sanchez are both mezcal producers.
