Heaven Hill

In 2018, Mezcal Vago established an investment partnership with Samson & Surrey – a company founded in 2016 by former executives of the Bacardi Group (Luis Bach, Robert Furniss-Roe, and Juan Rovira). In February 2022, Heaven Hill, a large independent, family-owned and operated distilled spirits supplier, acquired Samson & Surrey and its portfolio which included Mezcal Vago. Heaven Hill is the world’s second-largest holder of Kentucky Bourbon with brands like Evan Williams and Elijah Craig, among others.
