Admirable Espadin was produced by mezcalero Elezar Brena Garcia in San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca. Maguey Espadin was harvested, cooked in an underground oven, crushed in stone mill, fermented in sabino wood vats, and then double-distilled in copper pot stills.
