The palate keeps you guessing – some sips give off a sweet, mesquite-oak note with a minty finish. Other times – the sweetness pulls you towards a peppery ‘cookies and cream’ note. This was one of my souvenirs back from CDMX and I’m having a hard time finding another bottle. This is now designated for special occassions!
