About this raicilla
La Tersa Cristalina is made with Agave maximiliana. After distillation, this raicilla was aged for six months in French white oak barrels. After barrel aging, this raicilla is passed through a polypropylene sediment filter that contains activated carbon to remove the caramel color. This Cristalino process is fresh to the tequila market and to our knowledge this is the first Cristalina raicilla available in the US.
