About this mezcal
Mil Caminos Ensamble is produced using Maguey Tepextate (Agave marmorata), Maguey Cuishe (Agave karwinskii), and Maguey Tobala (Agave potatorum) in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The plants are cooked together in a stone oven, milled by a tahona, fermented Sabino wood vats, and double distilled in copper pots. This mezcal is slightly sweet with notes of smoke, citrus, and a herbal finish.

736 reviewsClean nose, with some light hints of cucumber, fresh broccoli, potatoes, and molasses. The palate is balanced with notes of leather, green peppers, celery, and peppercorn. The Tepextate really comes through on this the longer it sits. A bit hot on the back of the palate. No batch number on the sample.
