About this mezcal
Mil Caminos Espadin is made using Maguey Espadin (Agave angustifolia) in Zimatlán de Álvarez, Oaxaca. The 8-year-old plants are cooked in a stone oven, milled by machine, fermented naturally in Sabino wood vats, and double distilled in copper. This mezcal has herbal notes along with a touch of smoky ash.

736 reviewsLight aromas of fresh mint and other dried herbs that are bit difficult to distinguish given the lower ABV. The palate is extremely light, a little watery, but otherwise inoffensive. There’s kind of a dull gassy flavor to this, similar to how a Topo Chico tastes if it’s left open and out over night. No batch number on sample.
