Lot 002-ESP/40. Aromas of green apples, oranges, and 7Up. This smells more robust than a 40% ABV mezcal. The palate has notes of vanilla, cantaloupe, butter, and honey. It’s light and enjoyable.

LOT: 006-ESP/40
Nose – Sea salt. Green apple Jolly Rancher. Mandarin orange citrus.

Palate – Light smoke for a 40% ABV espadin. Vanilla cream. Fruit cocktail. Very mild parmesan cheese. Almond milk. Pleasantly salty finish. I’m giving this 4.5 stars as I think it’s a very sippable 40% ABV mezcal, there aren’t too many out there. I imagine this would be a great cocktail mezcal.

Entry level espadin, easy drinking , mixes well. Not much smoke, solid mouth feel. If I am rating entry levels, this is good
