Salvación Tobalá is an exceptionally aromatic and flavorful mezcal, with notes of fruit, spice and wildflowers.
About this mezcal
Salvación Tobalá is made with maguey Tobala, giving it notes of fruit, spice and wildflowers. There are additional notes of cinnamon and pepper that linger through the finish. Maguey Tobalá is a small, rare type of wild maguey, which matures after 10-12 years.
Salvacion Mezcal
The agaves used in Salvación Mezcal are harvested by hand and then roasted in an earthen pit at a 150 year old distillery. The roasted agaves are then crushed by a horse-drawn tahona. Salvación Mezcal is marketed as an ultra-premium artisanal mezcal. It is produced and bottled in Oaxaca, Mexico.
