A bottle of the Almamezcalera Espadilla Pechuga from Puebla made by Asunción Matilde at ~60% ABV that's distilled with chivo (goat) and mole poblano. I had a bottle from 2014 and currently have a batch from 2016 and they’re both as good as anything else I’ve ever tasted.
