We really like when they use starter sap from a previous batch to complete fermentation, seems to add some great flavors. The resulting Blanco is easy to sip with a unique bittersweet creamy flavor profile of floral, grassy, herbal and mineral notes. Very well crafted.
We’re loving these releases from Don Goyo and his son Rodrigo. Delicious crisp notes of florals and herbs with layers of ripe fruit, hints of brine, marked earthiness and subdued smokiness. A delicious lasting finish. An outstanding Cuixe – lot 0322

Edition 3 and 4 were our favorites so far, each demonstrating the range of expression possible from Espadin in the hands of one of the top mezcaleros, maestro Valentin.
Very distinctive and unique, with heat followed by sour notes. Lasting finish of earth notes and wet stones.
Really enjoyed this release, one of the better Cirial releases available. Rich mouthfeel with umami flavors and distinct minerals.
Was thrilled to find this bottle in the US. Lot B1, bottle 61/150. We had discovered Revelador in Oaxaca at their mezcaleria from one our favorite mezcaleros Don Goyo and his son Rodrigo. This release is delicious with balanced citrus and floral notes paired with subtle smoke and mineral notes. This bottling is 47% ABV, perfect for sipping or in a cocktail. A real gem, congrats to the father and son duo. Looking forward to trying their other releases.
