Funk and fruit. Sweet and cucumber on the plate. Pepper. I enjoyed this one.
On the nose strong blue cheese and pineapple, a little nouget. Sweet on the palette with a little salinity. Notes of concord grape. I like it!
Super interesting. Smashed young sugarcane on the nose. Almost like a mash of asparagus stock but sweet. Super funky. A little sweet, almost tropical. I enjoyed it a lot.
Funky, cheesy, earthy. Fermented in cow hide, can definitely smell and taste it. A little white pepper. Delicious and slightly sweet.
Almost petrol on the nose, a little barbeque and slight red fruit. Bright taste with vanilla, asparagus and a pepper finish. I enjoyed it.
