Nose: mu first impression was similar to a dry white wine. Stone fruit/peach with citrus notes

Mouth: similar fruit and citrus notes with a bit of spice and good smoke, but not overwhelming

Finish: surprisingly smooth

Overall I really enjoy this bottle, especially for the price. Great for sipping.

Really solid value bottle. Sippable but also goes well in cocktails.

Nose: Upon opening I got a mild, sweet, almost chocolatey aroma.
Taste: Started out very mild, then increased sweet almost chocolate flavor. Thick and almost creamy. Very little burn or acidity at any time while drinking. Super smooth.

This is one of my favorite liquors I have tasted. Truly a unique and enigmatic spirit.
