Leather and floral notes on the nose, some vegetal and mineral notes on the palate. Finish is a bit short and astringent.
Lot SLR-123
Bright citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. Not much smoke but a slight acetone note that someone else mentioned. Some cream cheese comes in on the palate. The finish is a bit short and warm. Very easy drinker

Bright spiced fruit on the nose joined by cooked agave and earth on the palate
January 2019 distillation
51%Nose and palate are somewhat closed but some depth and complexity seem to be there. Light smoke, cooked agave and earth are the first impression but I get hints of corn tortillas and caramelized sugar occasionally.
Really round and full mouthfeel. Easy to drink and enjoyable, might bump up my review if this opens up more with some air.
A bit shy on the nose. Palate opens up with cooked agave, honey, fruit and nicely integrated smoke.
Am extra half star for the value. Soft smoke, cooked agave, subtle fruits.
Lot S-16/05-EACM-18. 42% Espadin, 27% Arroqueno, 20% Coyote, 11% Mexicano. Earth and smoke on the nose, the palate adds cooked agave and spices which linger on the finish along with a pleasant alcoholic heat.
Mild and easy to drink. First impression on the tongue was sweet followed by gentle smoke. There is some subtle fruit but for me the lasting impression is sweet and light smoke.
Can’t add much to what’s already been said. Nice way to add some smoke to a cocktail. Neat it’s pretty one dimensional but still enjoyable.
