That's why I'm here. To find those folks and enjoy their craft. I recently enjoyed a 5 Sentidos Cuishe by Tio Tello which I absolutely love.
Based on what I've tried so far it would have to be the Tosba Espadilla. Every copita full that I've had tastes different from the last. It's so rich and delicious.
