Oct 2013 – This is my all time favorite thus far. Nose filled with grilled pineapple and smoked salt. Smells like the ocean, and taste like it too with a little bit of Swiss cheese funk to it. It’s as if Aquilino bottled up a midnight walk on the beach into liquid form. Amazing!

Heavy nail polish remover on the nose but morphs into something sweeter which turns into straight funk. With the first sip, I get a subtle sweetness which leads to a funky fruit taste, much like papaya and mango. There’s almost a sour petrol taste to this near the end. Very complex and ever changing, with a lot of flavors that are hard to pick out.

Smooth smooth smoooooth, this one. Nose full of green pepper and fresh mint with little hints of citrus. Smell reminds me of a golf course. Mouthfeel is incredibly silky. Hits you first with green veggies, green tea and the earthiness everyone has previously mentioned. This one finishes with grapefruit peel for me. I could drink this all day.
