Lightly sweet, smooth and sippable. Young, raw agave on the nose. Hints of subtle cooked agave on the pallet. Very easy to drink, nothing stands out either.
Lightly roasted agave on the nose; hints of vanilla flavor, very soft flavor; very soft and delicate.

Lote 001; Maestro mezcalero Eric Hermante; very clean in the nose, almost antiseptic but not quite, tastes high alcohol, younger agave, some minerality
very light roast on the nose; funkyyyy on the nose; tastes like toasted toffee
lots of “legs” /high ABV with out the high ABV taste or burn
very anti septic smell; mineral taste
smells like the inside of a smokers car, tar and leather; doesn’t taste good; has burn to it ☹️

smells like new tennis balls; tastes like white pepper; only 60 liters made
smells a little salty or seawater, delicious, not super sweet but a little sweet

very neutral but a little floral and maize on the nose, 30 min later a little like cheese on the nose, tastes a little more bitter but so good
