green, medicinal, piney, hot and thin not in a terrible way but not really in a pleasing way either. It was ok but I’d be looking for other options first
batch 09 2022. Cucumbers, candied jalapeño, wheatgrass. Im becoming more of a fan of this each time I revisit it.
Tasted at a local bar. Didn’t get the batch info but did look at it up close to check the family name.
I got.. crème brûlée, brown sugar, piloncillo, a herbal minty finish. Not hot at all. got some dusty sweet sotol cucharilla vibes as I sat with this one.
This was stellar. I have lot 11 and 21. Going from memory, don’t know which lot per say. First time I had this both my wife and I looked up a each other and said wow. I havent been doing notes but rather pausing to sit in the moment with the mezcal and people I’m surrounded by, soak up that side a bit. 10 of 10 I would get it again for sure!
Really enjoyed. Sample size tasting (no notes) but enjoyed it enough that I pulled out my phone to mark it down on my follow up list!!
Sample size tasting. Would happily try it again and invest in a full size bottle !!
Yup, sample size tasting but found this pretty wild profile. enjoyed it and would taste again / pick up a bottle. (I believe its approachable in price relative to others)

Wish I tracked which lot I had. this bottle was fantastic. excellent! 10 of 10 I would buy it again
1oz sample. Enjoyed it so much I bought a bottle. Will update this to that when I crack it open.

2x different occasions. both times sort of blew me away with a case of the wow’s.
The one I got info on was Edition 2 , 2016, 154/250. 50.5%
One was a clear bottle and one was a dark black one.
Batch: 07-17 49.23%abv Nov 2017
Had while out. Soft fruity notes. Very enjoyable to drink. Almost like a custard or berry cheesecake. I think it could be great complement to a post-dinner sip.
Was out and didn’t get all the details. 47.9%abv. Have had this on 2 separate occasions and both x I was really take aback on how expressive the profile was. I’ll be buying a bottle for the home bar.
