You’ll drink this last. Nice grapefruit for me. Subtle tones and good value sipping. I’ll replace this bottle.
Rather pedestrian one for me though I admire the effort at 102 proof. I bought two bottles by mistake but it won’t be my worst one yet!

Batch:004, bottle 218,369 (that’s a lot of mezcal!). This one is really nice. Has a green chile finish, makes you think New Mexico.

William Carlos Williams says a lot depends on the wheelbarrow, or whatever. I say a lot depends on how much mezcal you’ve had to drink. I like this one okay. Starts out with a nice fruit combo and then at 48.9% has just enough to turn the corner, give it a little gas.
Earthen pit, custom grinder, steel/copper, Jorge Rivas, 90 proof.
Can’t go wrong on this one for the right price. Definitely get that farm country taste which will bring you back to a summer evening in the promised land. Tapers nicely to a point of jasmine tea. Range always makes the flavor.

Like most, I’ll keep drinking this one. Has a nice smoky authenticity to it but getting a little too close to the taste of a pickle. Tad sour?

If only I can remember where I bought this tasty beverage! At 52.3 this one engages with a smooth grapefruit twist on a classic taste. Fits nicely into a flight like I just did with a couple other Vagos. Going to do a mini Puntagave sampler next.

I was tasting this earlier and then I am now tasting it again for this review. The elote is definitely there, like a taste of summer on a cold winter evening in the north country. Or it might be a little much but can fit nicely into a progression. Might not replace this bottle but will definitely keep it until it’s gone.

Drinking this one now. Quite drinkable for me and 50.7 has nice richness. Another reviewer thought it was funky but commented on how the bottle was halfway through. I’d have another taste of this one the next time I’m tasting.
