Really enjoyed this Mezcal even though it trends to the more mellow side of what I normally drink. Tons of citrus. earthy, stone fruit on the nose. Great straight up, also great to mix as it lands somewhere between tequila and mezcal.

Perfect for someone who doesn’t particularly like Mezcal. Nose gives tones of oak, apple and light smoke. Palate is vanilla to the point where that is almost all you can taste. Very reminiscent of a lot of aged rums.

Big and bold this mezcal gives deep aromas and flavors of dark chocolate, wood, straw and of course the clay pot used in distilattion. Mouth feel is super viscous and thick. Perfect sipper, comes in slightly hot but it is at a very high 47% abv. Makes for a great night cap, slightly too heady till after dinner.
