My first mezcal experience was Madre Espadin y Cuishe. Bought the bottle at a wine store and fell in love with the smoke. Since then, it's been a long learning experience and pleasure trying all different agaves.

Angustifolia and Potatorum. Tobala, Papalome, and Espadin.

So far Alberto Martinez wins my two senses of taste and smell. Tobala, Sierra Negra, etc.
