Donât waste your time. Tastes like alcohol and sugar. Not worth the price for sure (or any price for that matter). Also as a side note, the bottle looks cool but I personally hate that chalkboard feeling and the touch of it.
Very unique! This came from a collaboration with famous chef Jose Andres and Ron Cooper / Del Maguey. They use iberico ham which is a twist on the traditional chicken breast.
This is very delicious and interesting you get the salt and smoke from the ham as well as the smoke from the mezcal itself! A must-try!!
Tried this at a mezcal bar in NYC. Very weak, no body, tastes similar to Casamigos – watered down mezcal
Very good tobala – had the oppty to taste this in Oaxaca at Los Javis and also meet Javis’ mom!!! AWESOME. Their tobala was very tasty and had notes of caramelized banana đ
Very easy to drink mezcal. Has a lightly smoky vibe with hints of mango / stone fruit. Great alone or in cocktails. I’ve had it several times at bars in NY and was in Oaxaca over the summer and had the opp to visit their sustainable palenque. Very cool~!
