 The First time I tried Mezcal, I was in Acapulco, Guerrero 2008. There was this adorable restaurant out on one of the lagunas that made their own house mezcal and had their own oyster farm. I sipped it and was so amazed by its flavor I ordered 3 more. Been drinking Mezcal ever since.

I lean towards Espadin, Cuishe, Tepeztate, Arroquenos, Coyotes, Jabali, but love them all!
