Nose: sweet agave, alcohol forward
Mouth: a split second of agave taste that leads very quickly into ash and burnt barbecue.
Finish: not very long and very similar to mouth.This has to be a different batch because it’s very tough to taste the karwinski in this. A blind taste, would give me an average espadin at best.
However, it would of course be OK for mixing. I was just expecting a lot more from a karwinski-barril.
