Banana flavor. To light on the alcohol. New batch with cuishe is better but not all that great. Drinkable but not something I would show to a hopeful mezcal explorer
No fuss, excellent, mezcal. It’s $20 overpriced, but it’s my serious contention that this bottle should be used for mezcal cocktails at the bar. I really enjoyed it. Nothing complex but caramel and smoke. Not too long but really nice. This bottle will not disappoint
Great mezcal. Don’t remember much else about it.
Solid but for the price this bottle was not very memorable. Cedar flavor that Quickly disappeared. Still very good
A solid four stars. Somewhere between 4 and 4.5. Really interesting but felt it was missing some complexity.
Interesting. Strong Green bell pepper notes. Taste is contained and not long, but very beautiful. A great expression from Rey.
Funky and awesome. Blue cheese!! I feel this bottle is well worth the price.
Strong butterscotch vibes. I am not a huge fan of butterscotch, but this is no doubt an interesting bottle for those who are.
I love this bottle. As many others have said, there is a strong flavor like dryer sheets, lol. I also get a strong peppery/fresh bandaid taste at the end, good long flavor that follows your tongue for ten out twenty minutes after your last sip.
Solid but I did not find anything to complex in this bottle. I would expect more complexity for the price
Great performer from Vago. I love this company. This espadin starts with some sweetness but mellows out with vanilla and smoke.
Strong, Smokey, solid performer. Another good introductory bottle with the right amount of punch but not too much complexity in my opinion. Enjoy.
Great bottle for $40. Tastes like you picked up a wet rock at the beach and licked the underside. Strong fresh jalapeño vibes more than anything. I like it but you can definitely taste the lower ABV in this one.
Amazing mezcal. Well worth $45. Fruity and strange sour notes. Show this to your friends who are new to the game and don’t want to invest a ton in their first bottle
Sweet cantaloupe. One of the best or the best $40 mezcal you can buy in the USA. Highly recommended for newcomers.
Amazing amazing. No fruitiness just pure business. This is probably the best mezcal I’ve ever had. Should’ve bought several bottles while I had the chance.
