I was really impressed with Rey Compero Joven.Nice bite and smoke, yet smooth. Something good to start someone ‘a interest in mezcal. A little pricey but worth it
I love madre. Light and easy to sip. Affordable. I love their style, presentation too. A great intro into mezcal for a beginner as well.
I just had the immense pleasure of trying out the latest Rancho de la Luna joven, batch #2 bottle 4354 of 7200. It’s easily the most suitable mezcal for my taste. I’ve become more of a mezcal drinker in the last few years and i don’t care for the mezcal that taste heavily of smoke, with a hard hitting alcohol bite. Rancho de la Luna is extremely smooth, less smokey, but delicious with a nice tingling finish. It’s a good median price point as well. I’m a longtime fan of the music that has come from Rancho de la Luna Studio, which made me interested in trying their mezcal. I am definitely impressed. Highly recommended.
